PROPELLED THE DRAWINGS into motion
I felt intuitively that my hand was involved in making these drawings.
Through the tactile process of deconstructing the transparency overlays then reconstructing them I was able to further extend the transformative process of the drawings.
Behind the Art
Color was introduced through color xerography, by creating a series of similar drawings then transferring each to a transparency with a unique color (8 colors were available).
The transparencies were overlaid into a composition.
